Save The Stash Technologies ("Save The Stash", "we", "our", or "us") operates savethestashbag.com and associated reservation software.
Save The Stash is strictly a non-plant-touching technology platform. We provide scheduling, surplus discovery, and reservation management tools for licensed Maryland dispensaries and adult-use consumers (21+) / certified MCA medical patients. We do not cultivate, transport, warehouse, broker, or sell cannabis, and we do not process in-app payments for cannabis.
2. Age Eligibility & 21+ Verification
Save The Stash is restricted to individuals who are at least twenty-one (21) years of age or registered MCA medical cannabis patients. Reserving a Stash Pass creates a digital hold only. State law mandates that physical government-issued photo ID be inspected in person by licensed dispensary agents prior to purchase.
3. Information We Collect
A. User Account & Waitlist Data: Name, email address, phone number, and age attestation.
B. Dispensary Partner Data: Business name, official MCA dispensary license number, physical address, manager contact details, and Payrio billing subscription records.
C. Reservation Metadata: Unique Stash Pass identifiers, timestamps, reserved tier, pickup window, and fulfillment status.
D. Technical Diagnostics: IP address, device type, and session telemetry for anti-bot prevention.
4. How We Use Information
- Facilitate in-store surplus bag reservation holds.
- Transmit reservation identifiers to the designated licensed storefront for pickup.
- Enforce daily quota limits and 3-strike unexcused no-show policies.
- Maintain statutory Maryland Cannabis Administration compliance records.
- Process B2B SaaS software subscriptions via Payrio.
5. Maryland Regulatory Audit Logging (COMAR 14.17)
Under Maryland COMAR Title 14, Subtitle 17 regulations, Save The Stash maintains immutable audit logs of reservation transactions, storefront verifications, and state history. These compliance records are retained for a statutory period of seven (7) years.
6. Zero Data Brokerage
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third-party data brokers or advertisers. Information is shared solely with the specific dispensary where you hold a reservation, secure infrastructure subprocessors (Google Cloud / Firebase, Payrio), or as required by law.
7. Security Standards & User Rights
We employ TLS/HTTPS encryption in transit, encrypted database storage at rest, and strict role-based access rules. You may request access to or updates of your account data at any time.
