1. Acceptance of Terms & Age Eligibility (21+)
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of savethestashbag.com and associated Save The Stash software services.
Age Restriction: You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age or a registered Maryland Cannabis Administration (MCA) medical patient to use our reservation services.
2. Non-Plant-Touching Software Platform
Save The Stash is exclusively a technology provider offering reservation scheduling and inventory discovery software.
- Save The Stash is not a licensed dispensary, cultivator, processor, distributor, or broker.
- Save The Stash never takes custody, possession, or title of any cannabis products.
- No cannabis products are sold, shipped, or delivered in-app or via mail.
3. Reservation Mechanism & In-Person Settlement
Reserving a Stash Pass creates a temporary, non-monetary digital hold on surplus inventory curated by an independent, state-licensed Maryland dispensary.
- Zero In-App Payments: No payment for cannabis products is conducted through the app.
- In-Person Settlement: Payment ($20, $25, or $40) plus applicable Maryland excise/sales taxes is completed directly at the dispensary counter via cash or PIN debit.
- Physical ID Verification: Valid government photo ID must be inspected by dispensary staff prior to handoff.
4. Pickup Windows & 3-Strike No-Show Policy
Reservations include a scheduled pickup window with a 30-minute grace buffer.
Failing to claim or cancel a reserved bag records an unexcused no-show. Accumulating three (3) no-show strikes results in a 30-day suspension of reservation privileges to prevent surplus inventory locking.
5. Dispensary Partner Terms (B2B)
Dispensaries warrant that they hold an active, valid MCA license. Enrolled storefronts receive a 60-day free pilot. Following the pilot, software access is billed monthly via Payrio ($199/month standard, $99/month for verified Maryland social equity licensees).
6. MCA Regulatory Audit Logging
Pursuant to Maryland COMAR 14.17 regulations, reservation metadata and transaction logs are maintained in tamper-evident storage for a statutory minimum period of seven (7) years.

Save The Stash is provided "as is". We disclaim all implied warranties. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland.
